Igor Karash
Production Designer

During his twenty-five yearlong career as an illustrator Igor has collaborated with some major publishers including Detskaya Literatura Publishers (Moscow), Kniga Publishing House (Moscow), and Folio Society (London). Igor's illustrations for The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories by Angela Carter won the prestigious Book Illustration Competition held by the House of Illustration in the UK (2012). American Illustration 32 and the British Association of Illustrators showcased this work in 2013. Currently Igor is working on another Folio Society commission to create 30 illustrations for a new edition of Tolstoy’s War and Peace. Besides illustrating books Igor is actively working for theater and film counting over two dozen stage and opera productions for national and regional companies in Russia, USA and abroad including Mozart’s The Magic FlutePeter Shaffer’s AmadeusCharles Gounod's Faust and many others.

Tchavdar Georgiev
Producer

Tchavdar is an Emmy-nominated producer, director, and editor who has crafted award-winning films, commercials, and television shows both in the US and abroad. He produced the feature thriller The Nevsky Prospect for Amazon Studios and field produced the “Horse to Water” episode of USA Network’s Covert Affairs. His field producing credits also include projects for History Channel, PBS, SF1 (Switzerland), Channel 1 and MTV (Russia). He has produced commercials for Adobe, Cisco, NASA, TELE2, and MTV Russia. For National Geographic, he co-directed Finding the Next Earth with Dana Berry and edited Alien Earths, which was nominated for a Primetime Emmy. He was one of the editors of the documentaries We Live in Public (Grand Jury Prize at Sundance) and One Lucky Elephant (Best Documentary Editing Award at Woodstock Film Festival) as well as the narrative feature Svolochi (MTV Russia Best Film Award). His documentary The Desert of Forbidden Artwas nominated for multiple Emmy awards. He also directed and produced a permanent multi-media installation on Perestroika for the Jewish Museum of Tolerance in Moscow. Tchavdar was awarded an MFA from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and a BFA from the Art Institute of Chicago. Tchavdar lives in Los Angeles, California.

Ziv Berkovich
Cinematographer

Ziv Berkovich (Another WorldSelf Made) is a leading Israeli cinematographer whose films screened at the Cannes Film Festival as part of the Cinéfondation and Semaine de la Critique, and at the Rotterdam, Locarno, and Jerusalem international film festivals. Ziv studied under the legendary Russian director of photography Vadim Yusov (Andrey Tarkovsky's SolarisAndrey RublevIvan's Childhood).

Daniel Levin
Writer, director

Born in Russia and raised in Texas, Daniel graduated from USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles with a Master of Fine Arts in film directing. His latest film Bagatelle (2019) won the Grand Prix at Sochi IFF and screened at festivals around the world. Daniel's graduate thesis film Moment Théâtral (2007) received the prestigious Jack Nicholson Directing Award. Daniel produced the animated feature film Purim: The Lot (2013), which is out in wide release on home video and VOD. He directed the documentaries Kamchatka: The Salmon Country (2010) and Kaltag, Alaska (2014) in association with the WWF. Daniel lectures on filmmaking at universities and colleges around Houston, Texas.

Moshe Khusid
Director

German born and Russian trained director Moshe Khusid has gained international recognition for his work on stage and screen. A graduate of the famous Leningrad School of Film and Theater, Moshe has directed over 60 puppet and live theater productions in Russia, Israel, USA, Canada, France, Switzerland and other countries. As a founder of the Interstudio Theater, his work was presented and recognized at festivals in Avignon, Toulouse, Lugano, Marseille, London, Lodz, St. Petersburg, Moscow and many others. Mr. Khusid's screen credits include over 20 documentary and made-for-television fiction films and multi-media projects. Mr. Khusid is a recipient of Grand Prix Awards at Avignon, Toulouse, and Athens festivals.

Kahlil Hudson
Cinematographer

KAHLIL HUDSON is an Emmy® Award-winning film and commercial director. An Alaska Native (Tlingit) from Juneau, AK, his most recent documentary, WILDLAND, won Emmy Awards for “Outstanding Editing” and “Outstanding Cinematography” as the season premiere broadcast of acclaimed PBS series Independent Lens. Kahlil’s debut feature, LOW AND CLEAR won the Audience Award at the SXSW Film Festival and was named Paste Magazine’s “100 Best Documentaries of All Time.” His work has screened and won awards at film festivals including South by Southwest, Hot Docs, IDFA, Tribeca, Camden and True/False and he received the Discovery Impact Award at the Sundance Film Festival. Kahlil is a co-founder of the directing collective FINBACK.  His client list includes Ram Trucks, Patagonia, Filson, Yeti, Porsche, REI, HBO, Chevrolet and Nike. He holds an MFA in film directing from UCLA and is a professor at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
